First of all, i feel sooo good to be part of INDUS ladies:bowdown.I am 24 yr old need your guidance.Please tell me some mantras,sthotram to be chanted for holistic growth in life.My daily prayers include, gita 15 chapter and rukmini kalyanam. kindly put some light on benefits of reading vishnu sahastaranama .I got to know,this best sthotram to get job and in other aspects of life. I have dilemma ,is vishnu sahastranama naamavalli is same as vishnu sahastranama sthotram?? i have a copy of naamavalli ,if somebody got the vishnu sahastranama sthotra,kindly send me. It is very good to recite Vishnu Sahasranamam. I don't know the exact benefit of it. But it is good to recite it and I do recite it on Saturdays as a group recitation. I am attaching the same in pdf and mp3 in tamil. I hope this will be useful.

Whatever prayers or shlokas we say, during the period days, we stop to recite and continue from the 5th day or so. It is said that what we have is a god's gift and hence stopping during periods should not looked down or otherwise.

Dear Priya Can you please tell me that whether the Rukmini Kalyanam what you have to told to chant is available in tamil as a book in all the stores or if it is not possible to get outside, can you please post the slokas.
