Hi All, I am back in indusladies after really long time. i was regular in relationship forum. I am a single parent having sole custodian and guardian of my daughter aged 5. I am remarried and my husband works in Abu Dhabi. Now we are trying to move to him from India. I read that we need to give NOC from my ex husband for my husband to sponser my daughter's residency visa in UAE. Is it true that it is mandatory even in cases where he dont even want to have visitation rights and I am guardian of child. I tried reaching my lawyer but she seems to be busy and not interested in advising. please help.
