Made Coconut rice and sharing with you all... Enjoy
I prepared Pal Payasam following Chithumma's (our Chitvish Ma'am) recipe.
Ofcourse, I dedicated a morning of mine. But, worth trying.
Awesome breakfast today
Malligapoo idlies, raspberry/blueberry(RB) thokku, coriander chutney and onion chutney.
It was awesome. I followed chitraji's idly recipe this time. Believe me it was so soft, I was the :queen today !!
Onion Chutney is also from chitraji. Its in the same post as in the idly recipe. Its just a mixture of raw onion and red chillies and finally tadka'ed.
When amma was visiting us last month, she made this RB thokku - its was so good. It has this puli from the berries and the cruchiness of the seeds.. it was great..
Coriander chutney the usual one
Editor's Note: Congratulations Gowri!!
