Anusha, I did gobi once & my hubby liked.. Once when I did, I used gobi manchurian masala powder(from india).. I have to just mix that masala with water & mix gobi's.. keep it for sometime then fry it.. crispy too.. Other way: Instead of above packet, I used chicken 65 masala, garam masala, chillie powder, turmeric & made masala, dipped gobi's & fried.. Another way I ahve also used maida mixed with all masalas & dipped gobis & fried..
Dear Anu, I always use corn flour and mix garam masala, red chillie powder, salt and fry them till golden brown...leave it for 10mins then toss them in sauce..
