Gayathri yr dish looks very simple and awesome, but for a guy like me I will have to eat at least 12-15 chapatis like these since they are so small. You know I feel like I should have that broom stick like harry potter and come straight to you to eat this recipe of yours.
Today's lunch from nearby Vietnamese place. Its a noodle bowl where they give everything separately and we can mix ourselves. it had veggie broth, sprouts, cilantro, tofu, rice noodles, chiili sauce, onions, jalepenos and basil. Tofu PHO
Anusha, What happens in my case is, when the poori puffs up, top and bottom are nicely browned but the side is white.. i pour enough oil in the kadai... but happens always.. which vessel did you use to fry.. sripriya
