    Masala peanut

mix besan, fennel, chilli pwd, hing, salt in a separate bowl
in a big bowl hand 2 fist ful peanuts and sprinkle 1-2 teaspn of water. shake the bowl immediately that water will coat over the peanut.
immediately sprinkle the besan mixture and mix with hand gently that the flour should coat the peanuts nicely.
fry it oil batch by batch.
you can keep it in microwave for 5 min but mix it every 2 min . in this pour 1 teaspn of oil with the mixture .

    @SANARUN

    OTG-(Oven,Toaster,Griller)--works heating up coils.
    Baking-cakes,breads,cookies with brown crust.

Microwave cook food on the basis of radio waves,Radio waves are absorbed by water, fats and sugars and are converted directly into atomic motion -- heat.
Since it cooks food with the help of moisture, cant bake cakes, cookies, bread as it does not brown food.
however certain types of quick cake recipes are there meant for microwave cooking alone.
    comes in three types -
    basic microwave(Solo) -heating
    microwave with grill -
microwave with grill and convection, closet to OTG and everything can be done as an OTG.

Buying a one,Depends on your own interest.
If have more space in kitchen have a solo and an OTG.
Personally i would suggest convection mode.

Before I had OTG and given away while shifting,no space in kitchen to set.
Then in 2012 bought 32 L LG Charcoal Lighting heater(convection/combi) immediately within a week,it was into the market.

    Apart from Microwave functions,
Thers turbo function(fan) for uniform heat distribution for bake mode.
Love the 301 auto cook menus.
Have inbuid recipe settings for charcoal mode separately.
You have to load, set the number, weight,Press start.Done
(nos given in the manual recipe guide).
and addicted to even browning/cooking of my cakes, cookies and breads.

In microwave oven only single batch/tray is possible.Overloading at bay.
    So
NOW,hunting in market for OVEN alone(with three racks) to meet the increasing demand of my baking.:biggrin2:

Morphy richards,Bajaj,LG,Philips, etc are some brands you can go for.

    Please check this link-discussion posts.

@YashiKushi - What recipe did you follow for dinner rolls.. They look so good.. Are they easy to make?
They are nice soft and golden on top.. How did you get that without egg? Sugar water?

And what would you eat this with? soup that sort of menu?
