its ok dear.. u can have all such stuff now and then no worries as long as u love to experiment in kitchen moong dal soup is fatafat.. will try out soon this week problem wit my mixie is, the lid pops up and throws content.. whenever I blend liquid food funny thing is instead of turning knob to switch off, I turn it clockwise increasing the speed further :hide:
Anu - are u trying to blend the hot soup in the mixie? If so u should wait for it to cool down little bit.. Other wise try doing it in batches

I too clean the brown part as much possible eventhough i cudnt maintain the colour maybe due to the heat as u have mentioned it slightly turns pink which leads me to add colour atlast let me try with a slow flame next time.
