I read a story a while back on scribd, but I cannot recall the author. I was wondering if it was Vidya Subramanium or ChitraBala. Perhaps you VS fans might know.
Heroine is the daughter of a rich industrialist. Her friend proposes to her. She is not really attracted to him, but is swayed by his proposal. She says that she must discuss it with her father. Her father knows about this and thinks that the guy is after her money. So, when she talks to her father about this proposal, he suggests that she work for sometime before getting married.
He finds her a job in his friend's company (also his competitor). There she works for the hero. The hero is very energetic and upcoming. The owner really likes the hero. The hero has no idea that the heroine is the rich girl. They get along well and he starts liking her.
However he finds out that she always has a car waiting for her, always wears diamond jewellery, etc. He thinks that she is a mistress for some rich old man.
Finally he knows who she is. He takes a job in her company as GM, but leaves her. In the end, he knows that she is going abroad and might never come back, which makes him reconcile with her.

I remember the entire story, but dont know the title and the author! If anyone knows about this novel, please let me know.
