Today's Verse :

Goodness does not consist in turning your face towards East or West. The truly good are those who believe in God and the Last Day, in the angels, the Scripture, and the prophets; who give away some of their wealth, however much they cherish it, to their relatives, to orphans, the needy, travelers and beggars, and to liberate those in bondage; those who keep up the prayer and pay the prescribed alms; who keep pledges whenever they make them; who are steadfast in misfortune, adversity, and times of danger.

These are the ones who are true, and it is they who are aware of God. 2:177

Today's Verse :


Your Lord has commanded that you should worship none but HIM, and that you be kind to your parents. If either or both of them reach old age with you, say no word that shows impatience with them, and do not be harsh with them, but speak to them respectfully and lower your wing in humility towards them in kindness and say, ‘Lord, have mercy on them, just as they cared for me when I was little.’ 17:23-24

Man says,"What?Once I am dead,will I be brought back to life? but does man not remember that WE created him when he was nothing before? 19:66-67

 

I want to add that in Arabic the word used is "Insaan" in the aayah (verse),and they have translated it as "Man",though the address is to "insaan" that is "humans".

Today's Verse :

WE created man (insaan) from an essence of clay,then WE placed him (insaan) as a drop of fluid in a safe lodging,then WE made that drop into a clinging form,and WE made that form into a lump of flesh,and WE made that lump into bones,and WE clothed those bones with flesh,and later WE developed him (insaan) into another creation.So glory be to God,the best of creators!

Then indeed,after that you are to die.And then on the Day of Resurrection,you will be raised up again. 23:12-16
