I heard and did see an ad today thanking for the overwhelming bookings. almost allt he 176? flats are booked. I have my own reservations on the rate.
for two reasons, one perumbakkam, land rates are not cheap right now, with the proximity of it corridor, with the upcoming financial city too.

promoted by the plaza group, which have tranquil acres that was quoted at 3175/ and green acres in perungudi, why is it promoting this particular project at 1995 even for two days. it is a question that needs to be answered by the people who have already booked.

even if i take into consideration the rate of construction being 1100 min/sq.ft how is he able to give at 1995 for perumbakkam.:hide:.

I would reserve my comments until i visit tranquil acres, serene acres both the project by the same group in the same areas to assess the builders and the group.

Any update from the builder about the CMDA approval ?
