Yummy... receipe pls. Do you use turmeric or any masala to get that color. I dont use turmeric and my pulao always will be white in color.
2 cup rice ½ inch ginger 3-5 peppercorns 5 green chilli cloves 3-5 ¼inch cinnamon 4-5 garlic cloves Coriander leaves 10-12 stems Mint 5-6 stems onion 1 medium size coriander powder 1tsp garam masala¾ tsp salt as per taste cardamom 2 Bay leaf 1 veggies of your choice Grind half onion, cloves ,garlic , green chilli, peppercorns, cloves 2, cinnamon ¼ inch , coriander stems (4) Put some oil in a pan and add some cloves (2) , cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf. Add finely chopped onion , Finely chopped veggies, coriander leaves, mint leaves , saute well . Add the ground masala , curd 2 tsps , tumeric , coriander powder, garam masala (½tsp) . Add rice and fry for a while. Add 4 cups of water for 2 cups of rice . Add salt . Close the lid and pressure cook. Ready.
