Thank you for the recipe, I have been wanting to make vathal for so long. Live in China and here we have plenty of sun so tried Javarisi vadam from your recipe. The taste was superb but when fried it turns brown and stick to teeth, what have I done wrong please help.

That is because of the quality of the Javarisi not your problem. next time change the brand of Javarisi

Hi Krishnamma, I made your Kuzhul vathal yesterday and they turned out really good. only change i made was adding more sabudana. my measurement was one cup rice flour and half cup sabudana. they were really tasty. Hansika
