Hi, I am planning to buy a flat in Vasavi Majestica at Medavakkam. I find lots of bad comments about this project and this builder. When i asked them, they say that they had those problems, but now they are clear . They promised me 3950 per sq ft Handover Dec 2013. Can i believe their promises and go ahead to book flat in this project. Please give me ur comments. Also please suggest any other flats near n around Jeyachandran Nagar and Kovilambakkam area.
