Variety Pack Challenge- Nov1st to Dec end

    20 mins of yoga in morning and 30 mins of BFBM in evening....
    little changes done in my plan... got up late.. so not sufficient time...

    zingy, i have a question for you... Where do you run? running track?
    I have been jogging on weekends from past few weeks... do you have any tips?

    I do most of running behind my office(OMR) where there 1.5 mile road which is not yet open for trafiic. somedays I do around my locality(Madipakkam).

    I use this site walkjogrun.net to decide my path and measure the distance.You can do the same.
    In fact when I went to bangalore for 4 days training I used this site to decide my path avoiding traffic roads .

    Just to give you an idea. One of the routes I use is 2 mile - Tamil Nadu, India - A Google Pedometer

    Yesterday I did 1 km gym cycling + 2 mile LS + 30 mins walking.. :)

    Did Ripped in 30 Week 2 : Something wrong ; Might be I did not do properly . I did not get a feel of satisfacation or sweat after the workout . Going to do JM BFBM for the next 5 days.
