Value of plot in Pallikaranai

    Could please help me to know the current value of plots at pallikaranai at Chennai (Rs/sq.foot).

    Hi,

    In pallikaranai the rate of a 2400 sq.ft ground could set you back by 20lacs to 50lacs. (depending on the area.) But be careful as there is a dumpyard and marsh lands. water is not good in some areas. and lot of people are trying to sell off.

    see the date of post you replied. 20 L - 50L was Pallikaranai's rate in 2007. Now it is 1C to 1.5C. Even I am looking for good properties in that area.
