Is it ok to continue reading sundarakandam @ the time of periods..?I have started already 3 days back..Is it ok to read sargams alone without doin puja's and without offering neivediyam? Im so confused...please help me..

Im nt gd in sanskrit...BUt english I gt it frm net. im reading it..

Can u please tell me to read the sargams r its ok 2 read the meanings of it...Im not pronouncing it well..

Please do help me how to read and what are the procedures of reading sundarakandam..Fasting and what to offer...Like that.
