    thanks Shanvy...where do I get the energy from? haha..I don't know..I just come alive when I'm in front of the oven...even if I'm dead tired n u ask me to bake all night..I would happily do it...baking just makes me happy :)

    re@ macarons...thanks! they are quite tricky to bake..i was still not happy with their appearance...made 2 batches...but the surface wasn't as smooth as I wanted it to be...but next time i'll ace them...after all these trials now I know how to make them perfect...haha

    I wish I could push baking out of my head like u... really ... but I have no control when it come to baking..
