Using Napkins during our periods..An Alarm

    Dear ladies, here is an alarm..while using napkins,we must change atleast 5th hourly.because recent advanced types of napkins have risk of getting infected.they are advertising that the liquid ll be converted into a gel form ,so that we can be comfort for long day even.the another truth behind is that converting chemical is turning the blood,s red into green color after some hours which indiacates fungal infection.

    hi friend,
    all ladies should change the napkins once in 5 hrs during their periods times so that our vaginal area should not get infected. and also use good cotton cloth in the inner side of the napkin, thats good to our vagina also.
