    User’s Manual for Human Body

(On the lines of any domestic appliances at home)

    1. Breathing- on average a person breaths in and out 16 times a minute. His average life is 75 years. By reducing the breathing to 8-10 times a minute by Yoga and Pranayama he can increase his life span to 120 years. saints in the Himalayas live up to 300 years.
    2. Walking and exercise daily for one hour.
    3. Sitting Posture - straight at a 90-degree angle.
    4. Food- our mind and body is what we eat. Eat healthy.
    5. Keep happy and let others be happy.
In case of any problem, go back to the instructions.
    Disclaimer-

Follow the manual at your own risk. The maker of the body can do only this much. Replacement is guaranteed after total collapse but not necessarily in human form.

    Dear Hari Sir,

Your manual teaches an important lesson that diet, exercise (Yoga), breathing(Yoga), and a joyful mindset all have a prominent role in right-living. I would recommend even if someone doesn't like to extend life span but to remain healthy during his life time, one should follow the manual. Quality of life is much more important than longivity.

As we know in our real life, everything we buy has usable life-span and needs to be maintained well for serving its purpose for a long time. The organs in our body don't have an indefinite life span either and they need to be maintained well. Detoxing, fasting, sound sleep, proper inhalation and exhalation, proper mix of vitamins and minerals in our diet are all playing an important role in our well-being.

hahaha... When I see so many User's manuals at home, I thought why not one for the Human Body also? I did not have to Viggle AI, ChatGPT or Threads. I jotted down the conditions I follow and here it was. I wanted to add 1 sundowner but kept it for some other day.

    Dear Shri Viswa,
I could not agree less. Quality of life is much more important than longevity of life. I have yet to meet a person who would admit, that enough is enough. Reminds me of the survey done by the British in the last century, England upon Lepers. The Lepers were asked, if would they be ready to get injected with an injection that would peacefully end their life and miseries and no one agreed. No one wants to die. There are so many bedridden people waiting to die. In some countries, it is permissible to use palliative medicines with the consent of the family members but what about those who have no family?
So, follow the manual, rest is left on the creator.
