Urgent help requested for appartment hunt

Hi everyone

I am trying to move from Irvine to the bay area with my son by the end of the month. I have never been to the bay area before and need urgent help and advice for some good appartments close to palo alto area. I am guessing Sunnyvale, mountain view are close. Can someone please guide me with some good apartments which are safe and well maintained (1BHK) which are within walkable distance to an elementary school? My most important requirement is the elementary school. I need something within walking distance. Does anyone know of any such appartments which are close to Palo alto? I am of course looking for one which has plenty of Indians for my son has recently come from India and would feel very lonely out here. Any guidance is much appreciated!!
