Help !! I accidentally soaked 6 cups of upma rava instead of idli rava. What should I do with it ? This week only I was like I’m going to make idli most of the week so I might as well soak more !! Feels awefull to waste soo much food !
I think you will be fine, i mix wheat ravva in urad dal batter and make idli, we all like it, i Never tried with sooji but I feel it shouldn't taste bad.
Did you soak with urad dal? Then I don't know what can be done. If you just soaked in water, you can drain the water and add some yogurt and salt. Make Rava Idly. Look up recipe for rava Idly.
