Dear IL friends, Iam planning to relocate to UK shortly to join my husband who is on a student visa there. His visa is getting expired this november, so we are thinking of applying for my student visa which is now being extended to 2 more years upon succesful completion. I need your help about information on some of the good yet cheap universities in UK offering 1 year PG courses in accountancy and finance. I checked out some of the websites but the fee structure is quite exorbitant. My husband lives in Newcastle and am just waiting to join him soon. Also most of the courses require a score of 6.5 or above in IELTS. Is it mandatory and if so how is the IELTS exams? is it very difficult to clear it with a 6.5 score? Hi Shaa: I think you should approach a consultant who will help you with a range of options based on your requirements. I know of Study Overseas UK (Study Overseas - An official representative of Australian and UK Institutions#) who represent a range of universities and they should be able to advise you on your options.
