LOL... Yes some of them look ferocious I guess normally, they get to the ball so fast that we never get to see their real expressions as they reach for the ball..
very nice photos. normally people say..dogs have swimming skills ..u dont have to teach them swimming.. i am just wondering why my dog..hates water
I think some breeds take more naturally to swimming than others. (retrievers, some kinds of spaniels, etc.. breeds that were especially bred to help hunt water birds) Might be that their body structure innately supports swimming. There are some breeds in those photos that don't fit what I just said.. so I guess even dogs not bred for that purpose can learn to swim if opportunity arises/situation demands and if they happen to like water
