Unable 2 Bear Sweat In Palms,feet

can any 1 help me plz!

Frm my childhood i get more sweat in palms,feet i get when im tensed .even if climate is cool also i get sweat in hands,feet.Due 2 this problem i couldnt mix with all people.i coudnt give my hands 2 any 1.Even tension is not there also i get sweat.I consulted doctor he said it is a big procedure but then also not full hopes.So plz any ayurvedic medice is availble for this problem.Another problem is i get more pimples on forehead i m using erytop cream but still im getting.plz help me
