Two routines to a thin, healthy and beautiful you

    Dear Indusladies,

    Out of my personal experience I would like to share with you two routines that I vouch for. No gyms and no crash diets needed.

    Practice Yoga for 1 hour in the morning (Preferably not evening)

    1 hour long brisk walk in the evening

    Just these two routines should get your body, mind and soul sorted for a healthy and prosperous lifestyle. Try these two for a month and tell me the difference. Regularity is of utmost importance!

    Dear Varhem,

    Yes, I have an extremely simple natural ingredients utilizing tip for blackheads. Take some water in a saucer, mix a little sugar and little salt. Make sure the mixture is not completely dissolves, which makes the water should be the bare minimum in quantity. Apply this and rub it on the nose and below chin every week. Keep the movements slow and in circles. It should help you remove blackheads and whiteheads too!
