Tulasi plant leaves burnt by mistake by lamp

Dear Friends,

A few leaves of the Tulasi plant that I worship everyday got burnt by accident because of the big earthern lamp that I had placed under it on Karthigai Deepam. It was entirely my mistake that I didn't realize that the flame might be too hot. I wish I had the common sense to place it far away.

I am not at ease since I fear that something bad might happen. If so, is there is any solution for the wrong that happened?
