Has any one tried trout fish? is it good for kolambu/gravy or even fry?
does it have too much bones(mullu) in it?
always we go for fillets so its easy for kids. just wondering about trout?

Trout you can bake whole or you can fry it. When it is cooked whole it is easy to take off the bones. If you cut it up with the bones you are going to have problems. Some fish markets also sell filleted trout so you can look for that. It is not in salmon family and is pretty mild tasting, not fishy tasting.
