Trouble in breathing

I faced breathing problem in 1st & last trimester.Second trim was ok.But if its too difficult then you should see the dr.One of my friend was adviced to go for ECG to check if everthing was ok.Also eat lots of green vegetables as low heamoglobin can also cause breathlessness.Takecare

I got pregnancy induced claustrophobia.. hence check out if this breathing problem happens when you're in closed house or even in a park.

It can also arise if something is bugging you... or there's been a drastic change of life pattern from working to at home types.

rashmi not to worry,palpitation and breathing difficulty are a part of pregnancy, moreso in the last trimes, as the bub grows and the uterus increases in size and breathing does get difficult
