Hi Sudha, Probably you can pack chapati or something from home and have in airport if you feel comfortable or else have full meal and carry some fruits or snacks in your hand bag. Take juices in flight frequently as it is long journey.

I am not sure whether we can carry chapatis in flight or not.That's why i suggested to have before boarding flight.
