Travel package from Austin,TX to Las Vegas for parents from India and kids

I plan to take my father who comes from India along with my 2 kids from Austin,TX to Las Vegas probably for 3 days.Since i am a beginner to driving,also my husband would not be joining us, i prefer some travel package to help us start from Austin,TX airport to Las Vegas, commute around Las Vegas to and fro from hotel where we would reside and back to Austin.I currently understand that the only option is to fly by domestic airlines from Austin to Las Vegas and book before hand for some travel package for within Las Vegas bus tour or so and again back from Las Vegas airport to Austin airport. I am basically looking for some convenient package that would help me completely from Austin to LA and back to Austin. Please suggest as i have very minimal idea.
