Dear Pushpa: You can book tickets online too instead of believing on travel agents (also these are costly compared to online booking). You can use websites like makemytrip, cleartrip, yatra etc. They are good and if you are not familiar doing online you can call callcenter of these websites and they will offer you best services. Hope this is useful and we'll wait for other ILs suggestions.
