    Ulundhu sathamor Black urad dhall rice
    Ingredients:
    boiled rice-4 cup,split black urad dhall(karuppu tholi ulundhu)-1 cup,garlic pod(medium)-10 no,coconut milk-1 cup,water-7 cup,salt as required,SEASONING:mustard seed-1tp,curry leave,cumin seed-1/2tp
    1.clean rice&urad dhall 2.in a cooker allow water to boil.3.Add coconut milk&garlicpod,salt .4.then add rice and urad dhall.5.When it boil well close the lid allow it to come 2whistle(at medium flame)+5 minute(at simmer).In a pan add oil allow mustard seed to burst,cumin seed ,curry leave.Pour this in cooked rice and mix well.SERVE THIS WITH MUTTAI KARA KULAMBU(EGG CURRY)
    BLACK URAD DHALL GIVES MORE ENERGY .It can give to one year child(1/4cup)
