Tough Stains in Diptrays Of Electric Stove

    Hi all,
    I have a hotpoint electric cooking range in our apt. how to get rid of the tough ,black burnt stain from the diptrays.. ofcourse i use a lot of muscle power daily afer cooking to clean it..i use my diswashing liquid and scrub it with a steel scrubber.. is there any spray to clean it off easily?

    Ramya,
    Have you tried using baking soda and water to remove it?
    Line the drip trays with aluminium foil so you will not need to clean them everyday.

    If the drip trays are not of good quality then it might be rust stains that you see on them. In this case you might consider replacing them!

    Use easy off oven cleaner if the stain still not coming off. But you have to be careful, use gloves when you want to wipe off.

    I think Mr.Muscle oven is suitable for ur problem. Now iam using this one only. This is very good product for stove stains.

    Hi,
    I am using Barkeepers Friend powder to remove any tough stains, you can use the same to clean copper, stainless steel vessals.. I do not use any as I have tried every thing and none gave statisfaction like this.. Please try it you won't belive how easy it is.

    You will get this in walmart or anyother groecery stores.. I buy from walmart as it is very near for me.
