Total body strength training for beginners

    Hi all
    i have started working out recently. I heard that we should alternate our wirkouts by doing cardio for 3 days and strength training for 3 days alternate each with 1 rest day. For cardio iam doing either cycling or leslie sansone 2 mile walk. For strength training do you suggest any videos? I googled but there are many. I tried fitness blender but its really tough for a beginner like me. As iam working out at home, i dont have much knowledge about these. Can anyone guide me in this?

    I do 10 min standing arm workout with holly perkins followed by shred it with weights level 1 with jillain Michael . Both are on youtube.
    Hope this helps.

    those are mostly for arms right. I wanted total body workout. I saw the holly perkins video. Its simple. They also has beginners total body workout. I will try that. Thanks for your reply.

    Holly Perkins is for arms then follow it with Jillian michaels which is a total body workout.
