Tooth Decay- Reverse

Hi,

Can anyone suggest how we can reverse tooth decay that just started. It is not painful, not deep but I can see very thin dark line on my grinding teeth.

Any home remedies or over the counter paste to stop it from spreading further?

I am not in the medical field but think that it is not reversible but can be slowed down or stopped with proper care. Chewing a clove after meal is good for teeth. Thriphala soornam, ( Powder with Haritaki, Amalaki, Vibhitaki) which is available in country med shops is ideal for brushing, though bitter in taste. Avoid sweets altogether or totally rinse your mouth so that no remnants remain on your teeth. My knowledge is very limited, so let us see what others can suggest.
