Toe nails hard and changed color - need help

    i used to have good healthy nails, after delivery i never really had time to take care of them. two of my toe nails have become hard and has changed colour, i really don't know whom to ask or what to do, i would really appreciate if someone cud help me in this regard.

    try eat more carrots. u r in deficiency of e-vitamin.so supply the vitamins to ur body. also apply e-vitamin lotion to ur nails..:cheers
