    Hi,
I have the same problem as u do .I met a doctor and went for an mri which showed that i have disk herniation. So if u r overweight i suggest u to reduce. My problem started after my delivery when my baby was 4 months old.Now she is 2 and still i have that problem. If i stand for long hours i cannot sleep because of the pain.I dont know how to exercise since the pain increases after i do.My doctor suggested physical therapy which was of no use for me.Maybe it will help you.So plz see a doctor as soon as possible and let me know.Take care

    Thanks Sammy for your concern.

I have reduced much weight now.
I do exercise regularly (which keeps me with high energy).
Once the disk hernia starts, it is a non stopping process followed by disk degenerative disease and disk hernia for all the disks.
Doctors say it is a common ageing process, only we need to do is strengthen the lower back, ribs etc.
This way we can slow down the ageing process of disk degenerative disease.
It may look scary, but the pain will vanish after few years.

    Thanks,
    Punitha
