Tmi Warning - External Hemorrhoids Cause Constipation

Ok this is upsetting.

I eat plenty of fruits, veggies, fibet, water, tea. My vowel movement's were several times a day in large quantities.

When I never put pressure.

Ever since last Wednesday it would hurt to make bowel movement.

Then yesterday the amount of movement decreased.

This morning I didn't exercise and I have minimum movement even though I am drinking more water, more tea, eating plenty of fruits and veggies.

And I am applying Witch Hazel externally. It provides some relief from pain, especially after bowel movement.

This is upsetting.

I was never constipated before hemorrhoids, why is there constipation now?

 

Thank you so much ladies .... a day or two after this post I resumed having normal movement.

Now I keep a bunch of prunes in the pantry just in case ....
