    1.Take plenty of oranges and grapes.
    2.Your stomach should filled by75%of fruits and the rest by other foods.
    3.Take coriander juice with one spoon of honey.
    4.Avoid butter,ghee and ice cream.
    5.Dry roast garlic twice a day.
    6.First thing in the morning take a spoon of drumstick juice.
    7.Reduce salt and fatty intake.
    8.Cook moong dhal and have it with green vegetables.

    - You have to avoid foods high in fat and cholesterol.
