Very informative stuff for all our ILs. I enjoy writing, drawing, reading, music, good diet, exercise, listen to music often, and good level of socializing (never for waste chats / gossips). Need to bring in others, as per your advice.

And I would like to share a few regarding this.

Before going to sleep recalling what happened in a day improves memory and productivity.

Have a keen watch on words you use. Better stick to one language while talking. For instance English means talk fully in English or your mother tongue means the same. Don't mix two language.
This enables you to perfection in thoughts. That is no confusion.

Last but not the least, thinking, expressing the same in words and doing the same must be one and the same. You may think I'm silly.
Observe yourself you ll understand what I'm talking about.

I'm trying to follow all the above. As you said I'm learning a new language.
