Ketchup: Everyone has a bottle of ketchup in their refrigerator. Put that ketchup to work by rubbing it into tarnished silver. The acidity of the tomatoes will remove the tarnish. If your silver items are heavily tarnished, you can even soak them in ketchup.

 

Laundry detergent: Stain fighting laundry detergent can fight both stains and tarnish. Dissolve a small amount of detergent in warm water. Soak your tarnished silver for at least 30 minutes and gently dry with a cotton cloth

 

Toothpaste: Toothpaste makes your teeth shine, and it can add shine to your silver, too. Apply a small amount of white toothpaste to your finger, then rub it into the silver.

 

. Prepare the proper cleaning solution:
Basic Cleaning solution 1 (acidic)
- 1 gallon (4 litres) warm water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 5-10 drops liquid soap

You can keep away ants and houseflies by spraying vinegar and water(1:1)

Vinegar can rub away odd flavors of dabbas, just apply inside the dabba after washing it.

It will give shining to silver and steel items.

Pour one cup of vinegar during rinse cycle of your clothes to keep the colors fresh and softness, it should evoperate during the rinse cycle. If you feel any odd smell dry it in natural way
(try with less quantity)

You can get vinegar even in 20rs(1ltr) also.. its cheaper and harmless
