    Hi Friends

    Take 1 cup ginger paste
    1 cup garlic paste
    1 cup Apple cidar vinegar
    Boil all together until it is redused to 2/3rds.( I usually micro-wave it for 10 minutes in high power)
    Now measure this & add equal quantity of honey & refrigerate it.

    Daily morning in Empty stomach take a TSP of this mixture with 1/2 or 1 gass of water.
    This helps to cure Stomach ulcer, Lower Cholesterol,Lower BP& sugar etc. Myself & hubby are drinking it for almost 2 years.

    cover the top of the banana bunch with Aluminium foil or with plastic cover. This will prevent from banana being ripend fast thus increasing the longer shelf life
