Kitchen Tip: Boil potatoes in their jacket, drain dry and keep them in the fridge. They always come handy when you have a time crunch. You can use them in sandwiches, for salads, curries, for stuffing, etc. The potatoes will stay good in a refrigerator for 2-3 days.

Health Tip: Get your daily calcium by taking milk or eating yoghurt. It’ll keep your bones strong. Remember that your bone density declines after the age of 30.

so ladies dont add milk in ur dietary food list tsk

While searching for cancer preventions found this.
Cancer prevention includes protection from certain viral infections. Talk to your doctor about immunization against:

    • Hepatitis B. Hepatitis B can increase the risk of developing liver cancer. The hepatitis B vaccine is recommended for certain high-risk adults — such as adults who are sexually active but not in a mutually monogamous relationship, people with sexually transmitted infections, intravenous drug users, men who have sex with men, and health care or public safety workers who might be exposed to infected blood or body fluids.
    • Human papillomavirus (HPV). HPV is a sexually transmitted virus that can lead to cervical and other genital cancers as well as squamous cell cancers of the head and neck. The HPV vaccine is available to both men and women age 26 or younger who didn't have the vaccine as adolescents.
Ladies wake up, now a days cancer is ranging bells very badly.

    Hi,

here are some tips from my side which my mom shared with me:

    1. Adding 2 dry red chillies to the milk which is used for making curd will help in forming a thick and tasty curd..

    2. potatoes and brinjals change colour when they are cut and open in air, so soaking them in salt water will not change their colour..

    3. Adding a small amount of channa dal to dosa batter makes dosas crispy..

    4. While preparing puran poli..when we add the hot channa dal to jaggery, the content will be in a semi liquid state, you can put in microwave for 5 or 6 mins so that the content solidifies ( this is my tip..self learning) ..
