    Remove the stems of green chilies while storing them .This will help them to stay fresh for long.

    I just remove ,wash ,store in a box in freezer so whenever I need I just take break it into pieces and use for cooking ,no difference u can find for fresh and frozen chillies

    Do you store green chilli paste? I add some salt & oil to it and store it in a airtight container for weeks, in the refrigerator.

    I store them in silicon box in freezer ,I store my scrapped cocunut also in the silicon box ,so when u need cocunut ,just give a press to the box then u can easily take the needed cocunut
