    Hai,
Hope i would get some tips for reusing leftover oil after deep fries.

I dont use oil for cooking, except, i do deep fry recipes once or twice a week.

I dont know what to do with this leftover oil, may be 1/2 ltr, as it is not advisable to reheat the same oil for more than 3 times.

    Please drop in some ideas.

    Regards,
    Evergreen.

    hi,
never use the oil in which u have fried things.
i for one plan my frying in such a way that 2 -3 items can be fried in same oil at same time.
like when making puris i will also make bater for pakodas which i will use for 'kari'.this pakodas i put in fridge if using next day & deep freezer if using within week.
i may also make barter for 'koftas' & keep it same way.or make some 'methis 'once i am finsihed making puris.this way i am not reheating the oil rather using same oil for preparation of 2-3 dishes.sometimes i will even fry some cloves of garlic in this oil & use it in veg & dals .
as same oil has been used for cooking two things i feel there is no wastage in throwing it.
