    Oh, in the freezer it might stay longer. How do you thaw it out? Put it in the fridge overnight?

    Yes, making it airtight is the secret.

    Leave it out for 2-3 hours to thaw it and I leave it in fridge till I get to use it.

    I avoid polythene...use only aluminum foils. Still dark layer or spots form...

    I use steel ka dabba to keep atta/ dough in fridge. Steel dabba doesn't let it get black. It stays fresher longer.
    I use a mixer to make dough and then portion it for 2 days worth of dough and put it in freezer. In fridge, I only keep one steel dabba.

    Dabba is container like a tiffin. Steel Dabbas for dough.
