I ll tell u how I did this. But, u can choose from ur available options too.
1)I drew design on handmade paper, cut them out and pasted on base. The base is waste cardboard.
2)And, I tied them together using thread and beads.
Mine is a lil bit dull color, use vibrant colors like red or dark green, with mirrors, it wud be really pretty..Do try
