    Wednesday: woke up at 5:45


    cooking:
    Prepared bise-bela bath, snake gourd curry for bf, for me- besan-bajra cheela
    For lunch packed dil leaves pulka with tofu gravy,veg and fruit salad.
    For dinner wheat upma
    workouts:
    30+ 15 min brisk walk
    15 min walking inside the house
    cleaning:
    cleaned vessels , kitchen counter
    Miscallenous:
    Went to buy veggies and then to tailor shop
    peeled the green tuvar pods.
    cleaned the curry leaves

    My updates.
    Still leg pain is there even after medication.
    Long planned wood work is going on in the house, so have to go to Siddha hospital onky after it is completed. Shifted my sewing machine downstairs since the work is going on here, so that i can supervise and make suggeations. My orders also picking up, so i am stitching while the work is going on.
    Sunday my fil was 80, we had gone there enjoyed with them along with sil's family and some other relatives. Veda parayanam was held in the evening being kaarthigai month. Will be doing sadhabishekam in 2014 july when all my bils' could come to attend.
    Today stitched a salwar for myself, in the evening went to mill wheat and sambhar powder. Apart from leg pain, other things are on routine, but at the end of the I get very tired. Organizing of kitchen cupboards and wardrobes have accumulated. Following loading washing machine anf folding clothes everyday.

    BF: idli with corriander chutney , for me- mix dal adai
    For lunch packed pulka with bhendi gravy,veg and fruit salad.
    For dinner kofta gravy with pulka
    workouts:
    15 min brisk walk
    2 km outside walk
    3 miles LS walk
    cleaning:
    cleaned vessels , kitchen counter
    mopped the floor
    Miscallenous:
    Went to buy milk
    changed the bed spread
    hand washed one load of clothes and loaded w/m also
    spread the clothes in the terrace
    Folded half of the clothes

    BF: dosa with onion chutney , for me- museli
    lunch: packed gobi paratha,veg and fruit salad. me: mix veg daliya kichadi
    Dinner raggi semiya upma
    workouts:
    30 min brisk walk
    30 min spot jogging
    cleaning:
    cleaned vessels , kitchen counter
    mopped the floor
    Miscallenous:
    Went to temple and then to 'Lalitha Sagaranamam'
    Studies for ds as his exams were started.

    Dear all, hope you are all well and keeping in good spirits. KKrish, I hope you had a lovely thanksgiving with your family and the new DIL. Manjukps, hope your leg pain will ease soon.
    We had a good weekend. Our weekend starts on Friday and we all went to see the Barney show, boys had a ball so as me! We put the Christmas tree up on 5AM on Friday. (Boys woke up at 4 AM so I need to entertain them from that moment onwards!). Even though we are not Christians we do that for the kids and the joy they get with these is a blessing to watch, isn’t it.
    Saturday, basically our day started at 4.30 AM and I was continuously looking for ways to entertain the kids. We took them outside in the evening to my friend’s house.
    Cleaning and exercise wise, I didn’t do anything. Friday & Saturday nights I did six sets of Surya Namaskar before bed and that’s it. I didn’t eat healthy as well and I am feeling bit guilty and hoping to do better during the week.
    Today I climbed six flights of stairs and at my desk working!

    yesterday - noraml day did cooking , shopping. Then cleaned methi, dil, coriander, mint, palak leaves. Arranged the veggies, fruits and groceries in their respective places. Helped ds in studies and gave him tests...

    Hi Every1, i m bck on schedule now and would want to update from 1st dec :)
    Yesterday i was working so nothing much just regular, woke up at 7am prepared dosa peas sabji and coconut chutney , feed DS.
    We had a brunch of dosa as DH woke up at 12 noon.
    Whole day was busy with office work and phone calls.
    Evening DH went out to meet his friend and me and DS had a good time playing with our neighbours kid ( he is just 6 mnths younger to my DS) both are good friends.
    Night prepared rice sambhar.
    Slept at 11pm.
    Started with flylady's routine again as the house is a mess. Cleaned my DS room (decluttered)

    Monday: woke up at 6am along with DS, prepared oats for DS, vermicelle upma for us.
    Chappati and beetroot sabji for lunch.
    Still working about to windup for the day.
    Planning to spend 15- 20 mins cleaning DH's wardrobe.
    Have to visit the temple at 7pm as today is last monday of karthik month.

    I am back with a bang :). Slowly recovering and now concentrating more on my kids. Since i am serving my notice period, i dont take much pressure at work and a bigg no to weekend working. My daily routine is sweeping the floor, washing the vessles, cleaning the gastove, cooktop & sink as of now. Would invade the kitchen once i am relived :)

    BF: dosa for ds, rice, rasam, bitter gourd and raw banana curry for hubby,rwa banana cheela for me
    lunch:packed pulka with ridge gourd gravy for dh with jeera water ,veg and fruit salad., lemon rice with raw banan curry for ds
    Dinner gobi paratha
    prepared amla soup for me
    workouts:
    15 min brisk walk
    15 min walk inside the home
    30 min total body workout -Lara Dutta CD


    cleaning and washing:
    cleaned vessels , kitchen counter, swept the floor, hand washed clothes


    Miscallenous:
    prepared chivda and oats burfi
    prepared green chutney, ginger-garlic paste

    Hi Priya(VM): Very nice pantry. Please give a link to this post in the sticky thread.
    You asked for a suggestion; hence I am giving this. Use "corralling" method for small packets. It simply means using a big box to put in small packets of the same kind, or ingredients that are used together. That way you can utilize the height of the shelf and also have a cleaner look.

    My Thanksgiving weekend was wonderful.
    We watched movies and of course went shopping :)
    I didn't buy anything - I don't need anything.

    Now that the home is all clean the next few weeks I can concentrate on decluttering other less frequently visited areas.

    I am also planning to bake a few goodies for Christmas. I usually don't bake, but lately I got the baking itch after seeing my friends post yummy cakes on FB :)

    I have to start my exercise regimen once again.
    I clearly remember making my new-year resolution on December 1st last year. Well, could I keep it up? I have to go back and see.

    Will start posting regularly again for the next few weeks till Christmas when my kids come home again.
