If u love to eat spicy curry, this is the delicious recipe. Ingredients: tilapia fish – 10 pieces onion – 1 big green bell pepper – 1 green chillies – 2 slit green onion – 3 ginger-garlic paste – 1.5 tsp salt – 1 tsp red chillie powder – 1 tsp garam masala – 1 tsp coriander powder – 1 tsp turmeric – 1/4 tsp oil – 3/4 cup for deep frying lime juice – 1.5 tsp cilantro – 6 sprigs Method: Wash the fish and cut into pieces. Marinate with some ginger-garlic, salt, chillie powder, turmeric, lime juice and keep aside atleast for 10 mins. Heat oil in the pan and slowly add fish pieces one by one and cook both sides till golden color. Transfer onto a plate and set aside. Remove some oil from the pan, add thinly sliced onions, green bell pepper, slit green chillies, sliced green onions along with ginger-garlic paste and saute them. Add salt, chillie powder, coriander powder, garam masala and cook for 2 mins. Add the fried fish pieces and toss them together. Drizzle some garam masala and toss it again and cook for 4 min in med flame. Gently toss again and keep in low flame for 2 mins and turn off from heat. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy it with rice.
