    Dear chaaral,
    I am not aware of what kind of rice flour is availablrethere - the softness of the K depends on that quality. That is why I suggest grinding, to be on the safer side.
    Cook the rice flour on the stove itself. Boil 1 +1/4 cups of water, remove 1/4 cup, add 1 cup of rice flour, stirring well to avoid lumps. If the dough is thick & uncooked add little more of the reserved water. Now take out & use the dough kneader to get a smooth dough.

    Hi, I prepared small puri for the purpose of making bhel puri but the puri's are not coming gunda its seems to be like chapati... what to do to be strong?

    Dear chithra mami,
    I plan to make Gulab jamun with milk powder(first time) for 4 adults and 3 children.For the given quantity in the recipe how many pieces are obtained?How can i increase/decrease accordingly?Thank you.

    SD, for any of our sweets, you can make as many portions as we require. If you are trying for the first time, try with just the given amount. You can make another batch if need be. Make about 20 jamuns.

    Sorry, shubja, for missing this post.
    Add some pottukadalai when grinding & a pinch of sugar later. If some leaves have basic bitter taste, it can be masked only to a certain extent.
